Getting set up

Five minutes of setup that makes everything else easier.

From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.

1Put FuelPath on your Home Screen

FuelPath runs best installed like an app. On iPhone, open fuelpath.app in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, Chrome offers Install app from its menu.

Installed, you get the full-screen app feel, faster camera access for scanning and photos, and push reminders (iPhone only allows those for installed apps).

2Turn on reminders

Go to Settings and open the Reminders card. Allow notifications and you get one evening nudge on days you have not logged anything. Nothing on days you have.

You can also set meal reminders: pick a time per meal and FuelPath pings you only if that meal is still unlogged when the time passes.

3Your name and photo

Set your display name and a profile photo in Settings. Your coach sees them on their roster, and the community feed shows your photo next to your posts.

Your timezone is detected automatically, so your day rolls over at your midnight, not the server's.

4Make Today yours

Today opens quiet on purpose: your Daily Brief, week, rings, food, water, and habits. Everything else (expenditure, body trend, community, and more) waits in the Hidden list; your WHOOP or Oura card lives on the Habits tab. The Edit Page bar at the bottom turns anything on, off, or reorders it; suggested layouts get you started. The day review, Progress, and Habits pages have the same bar.

The Water card counts more than the tap buttons: hydrating drinks you log as food (tea, milk, juice, soda, sports drinks) add to the goal on their own, shown as their own line. Coffee and alcohol never count.

The Today panel is swipeable between three views (Daily rings, Energy balance, Weekly nutrition). The editor also picks which one it opens on, and whether rings count down what is left or count up what you have eaten.

The app teaches this. A coach makes it stick.

FuelPath members get these courses inside the app, with a real human coach reading their week and adjusting the plan. That combination is the whole product.
