The nutrition coaching platform for gyms

Nutrition is your gym's next revenue line.

Most gyms train people hard, then hand nutrition and its revenue to the app store. FuelPath gives your coaches the system to deliver it under your brand, and your first client covers it.

The problem

The app store is coaching your members right now

Alone with a number

Members download a macro app, fight it alone for three weeks, and quit. The app never knew them and never noticed they left.

Advice that never becomes a program

Your coaches already answer nutrition questions, in DMs, on the floor, in spreadsheets. Unpaid, unstructured, impossible to scale.

Results stall, revenue walks

Training plateaus without nutrition behind it, and the coaching revenue goes to online companies your members found on Instagram.

People who train hard deserve a real coach. That should happen at your gym.

The system

Three phases. One path. A coach the whole way.

Your coaches sequence each member's year around their goal: Fuel builds the base, Cut strips fat while holding strength, Build adds muscle. Every phase carries its own targets, and the app measures each member's real daily burn from their own logs and weigh-ins, not a formula.

1. Fuel

Eat at your real burn. Build the base: calories, protein, habits. Holding a new composition happens here too.

2. Cut

Strip body fat while you hold strength. A controlled deficit.

4. Build

Add muscle with a controlled surplus.

Logging that keeps up

The fastest food log in the industry, four ways in

Snap a plate and AI reads it. Say it out loud. Scan a barcode. Or search a database tuned so chicken breast beats chicken feet. The friction that makes members quit other apps is the thing we attacked hardest.

  • Photo, voice, barcode, and typo-proof search
  • AI checks photos for barcodes and uses exact label data when it finds one
  • Verified nutrition data with community fixes

The logger: search first, capture on the bottom edge
Measured, not guessed

Every member's daily burn, computed from their own data

Calculators guess. FuelPath measures each member's real expenditure from what they log and what the scale says, then anchors every phase's targets to it. When a metabolism adapts, your coach sees it before the stall.

  • Energy-balance engine over the last 28 days
  • Per-phase target anchors with guardrails on every change
  • Adaptive checks that catch stalls early

A coach in every corner

Your coaches always know who needs them

Check-ins on the cadence each coach sets. A roster that ranks who is dialed and flags who is slipping. AI briefs that hand your coaches the story before they message anyone. Ten clients runs about an hour a week. This is the part no self-serve app can copy.

  • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly check-ins, coach's call
  • Needs Attention flags silence before it becomes a quit
  • Nudges, broadcasts, and a message thread with a human

The athlete journey

Goals built on process, phases that end with a highlight reel

Onboarding sets a member's macros and goals in two minutes, process first: the daily wins they control become Habit checkmarks. When a phase ends, their recap plays like a season highlight: days logged, body change, top foods, and the easy wins for what is next.

  • Goal sessions at every phase transition
  • Wrapped-style recaps when a phase ends
  • A Habits list where commitments check themselves off from real data

Built by a gym, not a software company

We run Black Iron Athletics in Frisco, Texas. FuelPath exists because our own floor needed it: our coaches run their nutrition clients on it every single day, and every feature on this page was earned there. There is no self-serve tier, because adherence is a relationship, not a feature. The app does the measuring; your coaches do the coaching.

Gyms

Run nutrition as a real revenue line with unlimited coach seats.

Coaches

A full toolkit: rosters, briefs, nudges, and the engine behind the numbers.

Athletes

Join through a provider gym and get coached, not subscribed.

What we believe

The FuelPath manifesto

A food log is not coaching.

Nobody ever got accountable to a pie chart. The apps got smarter and the outcomes did not.

AI can read your data. It cannot care about you.

We use AI all over FuelPath, and it works for your coach, never instead of one.

Accountability is a person.

Someone who knows your name, sees your week, and expects your check-in. Not a push notification.

Skin in the game matters.

A twenty dollar app is another bill nobody pays attention to. Real coaching costs real money, and that is part of why it works.

The goal is not twelve weeks.

It is a lifelong set of healthy habits and a lifelong healthy relationship with fueling your body: for how you look, how you perform, and how you feel.

So we put a real human coach behind every number. That is the whole product.

The plan

Three steps to a nutrition program

1
Book a call

Twenty minutes with Mike, gym owner to gym owner. Your member count, your price point, your numbers.

2
Set up your gym

Start your workspace at the founding rate, put your brand on the app, invite your coaches, and set your price. Your first client covers the platform.

3
Coach with the system

The app measures, flags, and briefs. Your coaches spend about an hour a week per roster doing the part only a human can do.

White label

Their phone. Your gym all over it.

Pick your accent color and upload your logo, and the whole app repaints itself: every button, ring, and tab in your colors, your mark in the header. New clients are even welcomed by their coach's photo, not a generic splash screen. Here is the same app wearing Black Iron Athletics.
