Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and FuelPath ("we", "us"), operated from Frisco, Texas. By creating an account or using fuelpath.app you agree to them.

What FuelPath is

FuelPath is software that gyms and coaches use to deliver nutrition coaching: phase-based plans, macro targets, food and weight logging, check-ins, messaging, and related tools. Gyms subscribe to run their program on FuelPath; athletes use it as clients of their gym.

Not medical advice

FuelPath provides general nutrition information and structure and function support for training. It is not medical advice, and nothing in the product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Macro targets and suggestions are estimates. Talk to a physician before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating. Your coach is provided by your gym, not by FuelPath, and their advice is their own.

Accounts

Keep your login accurate and your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Gym owners and coaches get additional access described in the privacy policy and must use it only to deliver coaching. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. Gym subscriptions cover the gym's athlete allowance by tier; athlete coaching subscriptions bill monthly. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in Settings; access runs through the end of the paid period. Founding and promotional rates apply as described when offered. Except where required by law, payments are not refundable, though we would rather fix a problem than argue about a refund; write to team@fuelpath.app.

Your data and our license

Your logs, photos, and content are yours. You give us the license needed to store, process, and display them to you and your gym to run the service, including generating recaps and digests. Gym-level aggregate statistics (for example average adherence) may be used in de-identified form. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Acceptable use

No breaking or probing the service, no accessing other people's data, no scraping, no reselling access, no uploading unlawful content. Coaches and owners must not use client data for anything other than coaching those clients.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop using FuelPath and cancel at any time. We can terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Your gym controls your membership in its program; if your gym's subscription lapses, client access pauses with it.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: team@fuelpath.app.
