Nutrition revenue for your gym.
Your members already ask about nutrition. FuelPath is how a gym sells it: coach-built nutrition programs your staff deliver in minutes per client per week, at $200 to $250 per month per client. We built it inside our own gym, Black Iron Athletics in Frisco, TX, and run our coaching business on it every day.
The math
Coached nutrition sells for $200 to $250 per month. Your first client covers the platform. Everything after that is margin on coaching time you price yourself.
| Clients at $250/mo | Coaching revenue | FuelPath | Left for your gym |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $1,250/mo | $199 (Starter (founding)) | $1,051/mo |
| 15 | $3,750/mo | $199 (Starter (founding)) | $3,551/mo |
| 30 | $7,500/mo | $499 (Growth) | $7,001/mo |
Pay your coaches per client and the platform tracks it: set your split once (say $150 coach, $100 house on a $250 client) and every coach sees their roster, each client's value, and their own monthly cut. Real gym nutrition programs run 5 to 30 clients; one coach handles 5 to 10 in an hour or two a week.
Keep your own billing
Your members' payment methods, waivers, and agreements live in the system you already run (Wodify, PushPress, whatever works). FuelPath does not touch member payments. You bill your clients the way you always have, tell FuelPath what each client pays, and the revenue page does the rest: totals, per-coach attribution, splits. The platform subscription is the only thing FuelPath ever charges you. That is how we run it at Black Iron.
A system your members cannot get from an app store
Consumer macro apps leave people alone with a number. FuelPath pairs the engine with your coach.
Measured metabolism, not formulas
FuelPath measures each client's real daily burn from their food logs and weigh-ins, then anchors their targets to it. Calculators guess; the engine measures. Coaches apply the right numbers in one tap.
A plan, not just tracking
Coaches build each client a phase path through Fuel, Cut, and Build. Members always know what phase they are in, what the target is, and what comes next.
Logging fast enough to stick
Speak a meal and AI logs it. Snap a plate photo. Scan a barcode. Search real portions like 1 large egg. The friction that kills adherence in other apps is the thing we attacked hardest.
Coaches see who needs them
The roster ranks who is slipping: nothing logged, overdue check-in, or a measured burn that just dropped. Weekly check-ins, messaging, and an AI team digest keep ten clients to about an hour a week.
Members stay engaged on their own
A daily AI brief every morning, habit streaks, achievements, gym-wide challenges with leaderboards, and WHOOP and Withings integrations keep the app in their day between check-ins.
Your gym on the door
Your logo and accent color on the app your members open. Isolated workspace per gym, unlimited coach seats on every tier, and built-in training guides for coaches and clients.
