Your FuelPath plan

Phases, targets, check-ins, and Habits: the system itself.

From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.

1The three phases

FuelPath runs on three phases. Fuel means eating at your real burn: build the base, and hold a new composition once you have earned one. Cut strips body fat in a controlled deficit while holding strength. Build adds muscle with a controlled surplus.

Your coach orders them into your own timeline. Tap your phase chip on Today for exactly where you are: the week, the phase, and what comes next.

2Your targets

Each phase carries its own calorie and macro targets, set with your coach. Protein stays high everywhere; calories move with the phase's job.

Day types adjust the target daily, and your rings always reflect the adjusted number. Green checks appear when you land within your tolerance band.

3Check-ins

The check-in is a short weekly review: energy, nutrition, training, stress, sleep, and notes. It goes straight to your coach (their face is on the form) and they read every one; a rough week offers a shortcut to message them or book a call right after you submit.

Your coach sets your cadence (weekly, every other week, or monthly) and Today counts down to the next one. It is the single highest-value habit in the system; the data plus your words is what your coach coaches from.

Message your coach any time from the coach card on Today or under More. One thread, full history, a real person on the other end. Do not save it for check-in day.

4Habits

Habits is your daily behavior list. Auto rows (marked ✦) check themselves from your data: protein hit, calories on plan, water, sleep, weigh-in. Manual rows are one tap.

If a sync lags, tap an auto row to check it yourself; the data takes back over when it lands. Edit adds behaviors from the library or your own with a custom icon.

In Edit, tap When? on any behavior to attach a cue like after training or with breakfast. Tying a behavior to a moment roughly doubles follow-through versus a bare intention; the cue shows right on the row.

5Tracking your body

Log a weigh-in from the + button: weight plus optional muscle and body fat, saved for today in one motion (a connected Withings scale does it for you). The Progress page holds the trend, your adherence, body composition, and photos. Daily weigh-ins are ideal; the trend matters, single days do not.

Photograph an InBody or other scan printout and FuelPath reads it in. The guided camera walks you through front, side, and back photos with the same framing every time, so comparisons are honest and private to you and your coach.

6Goals and phase recaps

Your goals live on a simple idea: outcomes follow the process. In a goal session you pick a direction (lose fat, build muscle, perform better), up to three daily wins you control (they go straight into your Habits), and up to two weekly targets like protein on target 5 of 7 days. Weekly targets score themselves on the Weekly targets card from what you already log and reset every Monday. A goal weight is welcome as direction, not the scoreboard.

In the last week of each phase, FuelPath invites you to review your goals for the next one. And when a phase wraps, your recap plays: days logged, days on target, body change, your commitment percentage (how often you kept the promises you made, and what that bought you), top foods, habit highlights, and one or two easy wins for the phase ahead. Keep your commitments on 80 percent of days in a phase and you earn the Kept your word badge. Replay the recap anytime from the Phase review card on Today.

Between phases, smaller recaps mark the rhythm: a short one on your check-in day (it ends right at the Check in button) and a halfway-through-the-phase edition. Each hands you one focus for the week ahead, and a quiet week gets a clean-restart read instead of a guilt trip. No extra notifications; they play when you open the app.

The app teaches this. A coach makes it stick.

FuelPath members get these courses inside the app, with a real human coach reading their week and adjusting the plan. That combination is the whole product.
