Connect your devices
WHOOP, Oura, and Withings: connect once, then let the data flow.
From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.
1Connect in Settings
Open Settings, find Connected apps, and tap Connect on your device. You sign in on the provider's own page and land back in FuelPath connected.
WHOOP and Oura bring sleep, recovery or readiness, and activity. A Withings scale sends weight and body composition straight into your log, and manual entries always win over synced ones.
Daily scale weigh-ins also unlock the Quality of change card on Progress: your trend split into fat and muscle, plus a water check that explains overnight jumps before you can worry about them.
2How syncing works
Data syncs automatically every few hours, on pull-to-refresh, and with the Sync now button in Settings. Withings weigh-ins go one better: the scale pushes to FuelPath the moment you step off, so the reading is usually waiting before you open the app.
Some numbers land late; steps often post the full day's total the next morning. If a Habits auto row is waiting on lagging data, tap it and check it yourself; the data takes back over when it arrives.
3The full wearable dashboards
Tap your WHOOP or Oura card on the Habits tab to open the full view: sleep stages night by night, HRV and resting heart rate trends, and your recovery or readiness history.
Sleep nights are color coded by hard bands: 7 hours or more shows green, and it steps down through yellow and orange to red at 5 or less.
4Your workouts, synced
WHOOP workouts sync in automatically: sport, duration, strain, calories, heart rate, and time in each heart rate zone. Find them on the WHOOP dashboard under Workouts, with 30-day, 90-day, and year-to-date analysis above the list.
Tap any session for the full read: zone-by-zone minutes plus how it compares to your other sessions of that sport this year. A recorded workout can also auto-check the Workout recorded row on your Habits page. Connected WHOOP before workouts shipped? Disconnect and reconnect once in Settings.
The wearable dashboard is yours to arrange: the Edit Page bar at the bottom reorders or hides its sections, same as Today, the day review, Progress, and Habits.
Your activity can also suggest a day type: a big training day deep into a Cut with no recent refeed, or a quiet day that looks like rest, shows up as a suggestion on your day review and Today. You always make the call; nothing changes until you tap Set.
