Recipes and meal plans
Build them, generate them, import them, and plan your week.
From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.
1Your weekly meal plan
Meal plan (in More, or from the Meal plan card on Today) preps exactly what you want help with: pick which meals to plan (just breakfasts, breakfast and lunch, everything with snacks), pick the variety (one menu that repeats all week, or an A and B that alternate), and list the foods you have around or like. The plan builds from your list and stays close to it.
It builds from your saved recipes too. Any meal that came from one is marked and links to its page, and its numbers and ingredients are the real ones you saved, not a guess. So every recipe you keep makes the next plan better.
Planned meals are sized to their share of your phase target, so a breakfast-only plan covers breakfast's slice of the day and you log the rest as usual. On an A/B plan, tap a day on the week strip to swap which menu it runs. The grocery list aggregates everything for the week and follows your changes; check items off as you shop and share the list to anyone.
Any planned meal logs in one tap with its macros, and every menu meal is saved to My foods and meals automatically, so you can log them from the normal logger all week. Generating a new plan swaps in the new set. The plan is a guide, not a contract: swap meals freely and let the rings keep score.
2Build a recipe
In My foods, the Recipe tab builds a recipe from real ingredients: search them, scan a package's barcode straight into the list, and the per-serving math updates live.
Divide it by servings, or by weight: enter the total cooked weight and your one-serving weight and FuelPath does the rest. Edit any saved recipe later; your logs stay intact.
Every recipe has its own page. Tap one to see the photo, what a serving costs, every ingredient with its own calories, and the method. The batch buttons scale the whole ingredient list to a half, double, or triple batch, and Log this adds the servings you actually ate.
3Generate or import
Generate with AI writes a recipe to your targets (high protein dinner around 600 calories) with gram amounts and steps, ready to review and save.
Import from a link reads a recipe page, converts the ingredients to grams and macros, and prefills the builder. Check the numbers, tweak, save.
Found it on social instead? Paste a recipe takes the caption straight off a reel or a post, and From a screenshot reads a picture of one. Both work where a link does not, because social apps will not hand a recipe to anything that is not signed in. Anything read by AI says so, so give the amounts a look before saving.
4The shopping list
One standing list, in More. Open a recipe and Add to shopping list sends its ingredients at whatever batch size you picked, so a double batch sends double. Your meal plan sends a whole week in one tap from the Grocery tab.
Amounts that can add up do: two recipes wanting chicken become one line. Amounts that cannot stay as separate lines, because a wrong number on a list you shop from is worse than two lines. Tick things off as you go, share the list to someone else's phone, and clear the ticked ones when you get home.
5Cook mode
Any recipe with a method has a Start cooking button. One step at a time, big enough to read at arm's length, tap the right side to move on and the left to go back.
The ingredients button shows the list already scaled to the batch you chose, and the screen stays awake while you cook.
6The recipe library
The Recipe library (linked from My foods) holds phase-tagged recipes from FuelPath and from your gym's coaches. Filter by your phase, open one for ingredients and steps, and Save to my foods makes it loggable.
Coaches can publish their own recipes to the gym's library, so watch for house favorites.
