1Member management
The Management box on each member assigns or changes their coach, promotes members to coach, archives (hidden, data kept, reversible), or permanently deletes.
The Account card handles login trouble without a support ticket: change their sign-in email, send a password reset, resend the confirmation email. Any coach has it for their own roster; owners for everyone.
2Gym admin
Gym admin is the one-stop page: gym name, logo and accent color (your branding wraps the whole app for your members), the coach revenue split percentage, your coach list, and FuelPath billing.
3Revenue and client value
The revenue page shows every coach's client count, revenue, and their share at your split. The per-client table below it prices each client: a subscription price where one exists, or the monthly value you set on their page (billing through your own system still counts; set the number and FuelPath tracks it).
Mark beta or comp clients as Free so they never skew the numbers.
4The supplement line
Set your gym's Thorne dispensary link in Gym admin and the Supplements page routes every athlete purchase through it, matched to their current phase, with your commission attached.
Build the same stacks inside your Thorne dispensary so the deep links land on a ready cart. Structure and function support only; the page handles the compliance language.
