Coaching on FuelPath

The Clients page, invites, and how your day here works.

From the coach training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.

1Your Clients page

The Clients page is your morning scan. The stat row shows how many clients you have, who checked in this week, and who logged food today. Needs Attention lists the people slipping first: never or stale logging, overdue check-ins, no path built, or a measured burn that dropped hard. Worst first, top five.

The roster below sorts by 7-day adherence: the ring shows days logged out of 7, the line under it shows how many landed on plan. Tap any member to open their full client page.

2New client in five steps

Send the invite from the Clients page with their name and email; the invite emails itself to them, and Share or Copy covers text threads. When they accept, they land in your gym assigned to you, and you get a notification.

New athletes arrive with a starter FuelPath already in place: 8 weeks of Fuel, 8 of Cut, a holding 8 of Fuel, and 12 of Build, starting that week. Their first open walks them through onboarding: name, photo, metrics (which auto-calculate macros for all three phases and seed their first weigh-in), and a process-first goal session whose daily commitments land in their Habits.

Review the results on their client page: the Goals card shows their direction, commitments, goal weight, and why; the intake line shows the metrics they entered. Reshape the path and fine-tune targets from there. The Onboarding and goals card also lets you queue a goal session or a full onboarding for any client, which opens on their next visit; use it to catch up clients who joined before onboarding existed.

First week: watch that food logging starts, then review their first check-in. That first reply sets the tone for the whole engagement.

3Coaching mode and your own training

The mode toggle switches between Coaching (clients first) and My training (your own athlete experience). The app remembers where you left off.

You can run your own plan too: Settings has a Your own FuelPath card that opens your own client page, where you set your own path and macros with the same tools you use on clients.

This is the system your coaches would run.

Every course here ships inside FuelPath as staff training, with progress your gym can see. The math on turning it into a revenue line is in the complete guide.
