What the shutdown actually taught
Stronger U proved the model works: a real human reading your food log and adjusting your numbers beats any app on autopilot. Members stayed for years because someone noticed their week. That part was never the problem.
The problem was structural. When your coach works for a national brand owned by a portfolio company, your coaching relationship is one board decision from disappearing. The relationship was real; the business holding it was not built around you.
What to look for in your next coach
A coach attached to a place, not just an inbox
Coaching that lives inside a gym survives platform shutdowns, because the relationship is with a person you can walk up to. FuelPath athletes are coached through their gym, by a coach on that gym's floor.
Targets measured from your data, not a formula
Stronger U coaches adjusted your numbers by judgment. FuelPath measures your actual daily burn from your own logs and weigh-ins, then your coach sets targets from evidence. Same human judgment, better instruments.
A plan with seasons, not a permanent diet
A year of coached nutrition should have structure: a Fuel phase to establish the base, a Cut to strip fat, a Build to add muscle. You should always know what block you are in and why.
