What is my Health Score

How the score works, what the colors mean, and how to raise it.

From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.

1What the score measures

Every meal and every day you log gets a Health Score out of 100. It is computed, not guessed: the same food always scores the same.

Five pillars build the day score. Protein (25 points) against your day's target. Fiber (20) against a guide of 14g per 1000 calories. Whole foods (25), weighing how much of your day came from minimally processed food. Vegetables and fruit (15), with three servings earning the full points. Balance (15): calories near target, food spread across at least two meals, and water toward your goal.

Meals score on the same idea, sized for a single plate: protein density, fiber, whole foods, and produce. A very small snack or a black coffee is not graded; there is not enough there to judge.

2What the colors mean

Scores paint a fixed gradient from red to green. Low scores sit red, the middle runs orange and yellow, and strong days land green. The colors are the same in every gym on purpose, even where the app is branded in the gym's colors.

Day colors also watch your calorie target. Going up to 10 percent over is free, past that the color slides toward red, and around 50 percent over it reads fully red no matter how clean the food was. Quality and quantity both count.

You see the colors on the week strip (on Today and the day review; swipe back through past weeks) and on the last-7-days squares under your rings. Rest and refeed days are judged against their own adjusted targets, so a big refeed day is not punished for doing its job.

3How to raise it

Tap Improve this score on any Health Score card. Each pillar shows the points you have, the points available, and one concrete way to close the gap.

The fastest points are usually the simple ones: add a vegetable or a piece of fruit, swap one packaged item for the whole-food version, close the fiber gap, finish your water.

Chase one pillar at a time. A few small swaps a week moves the score without changing how you eat overnight.

4Your Healthy Choices Score

Your Healthy Choices Score is the average of your day scores across the calendar year. It resets every January and only counts days you actually logged, so a missed day never hurts it. Sick days are never scored at all; mark them with sick mode on your day review and they simply do not exist to the score.

It lives on your day review, the Progress page, and your full Health Score page. Your coach sees it too; treat it as a conversation starter, not a grade.

FuelPath never pings you about a low score. The score teaches, you decide what to do with it.

The app teaches this. A coach makes it stick.

FuelPath members get these courses inside the app, with a real human coach reading their week and adjusting the plan. That combination is the whole product.
