The assistant, the Daily Brief, and macro fills, and where the limits are.

From the member training built into FuelPath. Members and coaches read this inside the app with per-lesson progress.

1The Ask button

The Ask button (top right on your phone) opens the FuelPath assistant. It can see your targets, logs, weight trend, and measured burn, so ask it real questions: how is my week going, what should dinner be, why did my target change.

It sticks to nutrition and training. Plan changes stay your coach's call; when a question is really a coaching decision, tap Send this to my coach and the whole exchange lands in your message thread.

There is a daily message limit, so make them count.

2Your Daily Brief

Each morning the Daily Brief reviews yesterday and gives you one thing to focus on today. It knows your day type, so a rest day is judged fairly. It sits at the top of Today; tap Got it and it tucks into a slim pill until tomorrow.

Tap Got it and it tucks away until tomorrow.

3Fill my macros

In the logger's AI tab, Fill my macros looks at what is left today and suggests real food to close the gap. Type what you have on hand, speak it, or photograph your ingredients and it portions them to fit.

Each suggestion has a Log it button, and you can refine a few times (make it vegetarian, no cooking, use the chicken).

4Getting accurate AI estimates

Photo and voice logging estimate portions, and estimates are only as good as the clues. Name brands and chains when you can, mention cooking method (grilled vs fried), and say sizes out loud (two cups of rice, a large tortilla).

FuelPath cross-checks every AI estimate so calories always reconcile with the macros. Review the items before adding; a ten-second check keeps your data honest.

The app teaches this. A coach makes it stick.

FuelPath members get these courses inside the app, with a real human coach reading their week and adjusting the plan. That combination is the whole product.
